Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
It is a unique form of self-applied emotional acupuncture except you don't use needles. Instead, you tap or stimulate specific electromagnetically sensitive points on the skin with your fingertips. The process is easy to apply and can be used anywhere, anytime.
How does it work?
While EFT is considered an experimental technique it appears to quickly and easily reduce stress and anxiousness. The prevailing premise of EFT is that the flow and balance of the body's electromagnetic and more subtle energies are important for physical, spiritual, and emotional health, and for fostering well-being. EFT uses the ancient Chinese meridian system to work with imbalances within the person's energy system and addresses the energetic influence of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions on the body. It is believed that any negative emotion is a disruption to the body's energy system and that EFT neutralizes the bodies stress response and restores confidence and well-being.Who uses it?

peak performance and living your personal best.
